Well-being Blok 3 UU

Dear Albi,

Since our uni cares so much about us and our most treasured mental health, here is what they have kindly asked us to promote. We hope you have the time to check out the activities below and hopefully to see you there! :))

On offer in block 3

In block 3 we have a fresh offer from the Wellbeing Trainers Humanities for all students. Below is a summary of the possibilities.

 

  • On February 20, a new group ‘Studying Healthy and Effectively’ will start. Could you use some help to study effectively in a healthy way? Then sign up for this group!
  • Do you know that you should be working on your thesis, but do you miss the structure and exchange with your fellow students? A study group ‘Thesis on track’ starts on February 22. In this study group you will work with fellow students to ensure that you create the right conditions for writing your thesis.
  • Do you want to get a better grip on your time and have a clearer overview of your studies and other activities? Then see if the workshop ‘Getting things done!’ on March 15 is something for you.
  • On March 23 you can attend the Workshop ‘Procrastination and Perfectionism’. Do you sometimes just wait until you feel enough motivation to get started? Do you tend to put off study tasks or would you like to make more time for other things because you are only studying? This workshop can be interesting for you.
  • And on March 30 you can join the workshop ‘Prioritizing in practice’. This could be the workshop for you if sometimes you find it difficult to find the right balance between what needs to be done and what you would like to do. Or you don’t always know how to make choices.
